A private personal assistant application.
Brian is a private assistant built and operated by Roman Obletsov for his personal use and for administration of the ARC-WIRE Google Workspace organization. It is not a public product and is not offered to third parties. It runs on infrastructure controlled by the operator.
Brian helps its operator manage everyday work: reading and drafting email, managing calendar events, organising files and documents, keeping notes and task lists, and summarising information.
With the operator's explicit consent, Brian connects to Google accounts to access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Contacts and Google Tasks, and to administer the operator's Google Workspace organization. Access is granted through Google's standard OAuth consent flow and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
